conforming amendment Sec. 718. (a) The table of contents of chapter 41 of title 39, United States Code, is amended by adding after the heading entitled “employees generally”, the following: “3106. Special compensation rules”. (b) The table of contents of chapter 45 of title 39, United States Code, is amended by deleting “3558. Longevity step-increases”.
