SEC 328. RELOCATION ALLOWANCES AFFORDED. Any adversely affected worker who is the head of a family as defined in regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Labor and who has been totally separated may file an application for a relocation allowance, subject to the terms and conditions of this subchapter.
