SEC. 336. REVIEW. Except as may be provided in regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Labor to carry out his functions under this chapter, determinations under this chapter as to the entitlement of individuals for adjustment assistance shall be final and conclusive for all purposes and not subject to review by any court or any other officer. To the maximum extent practicable and consistent with the purposes of this chapter, such regulations shall provide that such determinations by a State agency will be subject to review in the same manner and to the same extent as determinations under the State law.
