area redevelopment fund For loans and participations as authorized by section 6 and public facility loans as authorized by section 7 of the Area Redevelopment Act (75 Stat. 53), $115,050,000: Provided, That no part of the appropriations contained in this Act shall be used for administrative expenses in connection with loans and participations financed or to be financed with funds borrowed from the Secretary of the Treasury.
