fees of jurors and commissioners For fees, expenses, and costs of jurors; compensation of jury commissioners; fees of United States commissioners and other committing magistrates acting under title 18, United States Code, section 3041; and compensation of voting referees fixed by the court pursuant to the provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1960 (74 Stat. 86); $5,800,000: Provided, That $300,000 of the foregoing amount shall be available for the payment of obligations incurred under the appropriation for similar purposes for the preceding fiscal year.
