Funds Appropriated to the President
Funds Appropriated to the President loans to the international monetary fund For loans to the International Monetary Fund, as authorized by the Act of June 19, 1962 (Public Law 87–490), $2,000,000,000, to remain available until expended. The indefinite appropriation for the payment of interest on the public debt (31 U.S.C. 711), shall lie available for the payment of charges in connection with any purchases of currencies or gold by the United States from the International Monetary Fund.
