Sec. 503. Sections 4774(b), 7574(b), and 9774(b) of Title 10, United States Code, are each amended to read as follows: “(b) the maximum limitations prescribed by subsection (a) are increased 10 percent for quarters of the commanding officer of any station, air base, or other installation, based on the grade authorized for that position.”
