Sec. 105. Section 241 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, which relates to development research, is amended by inserting “(a)” after the section heading and by adding at the end thereof the following new subsection: “(b) Funds made available to carry out this section may be used to conduct research into the problems of population growth.”
