authorization of appropriations Sec. 2. There are hereby authorized to be appropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1964, $60,000,000, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1965, $118,500,000, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1966, $177,500,000, and for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1967, and each fiscal year thereafter, $225,000,000, for the purpose of making grants to States as provided in this part.
