§ 11–523. Concurrent jurisdiction of desertion and nonsupport cases The United States District Court for the District of Columbia has original jurisdiction, concurrently with the Juvenile Court of the District of Columbia, of all cases arising under sections 22–903 to 22–905, relating to desertion or nonsupport.
