§ 11–506. Deputies and other employees under Register of Wills; duties (a) The Register of Wills, with the approval of the court, may appoint necessary deputies, clerical assistants and other employees in such number as may be approved by the Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts. With the approval of the court, the Register of Wills may remove any of the personnel so appointed. (b) The personnel appointed pursuant to this section shall be under the supervision and control of the Register of Wills, and shall perform such duties as he or the court directs. The deputies may perform acts necessary in the administration of the office of the Register of Wills and the certification of the records of the court which the Register may perform.
