§ 11–905. Absence, disability, or disqualification of chief judgeWhen the chief judge of the District of Columbia Court of General Sessions is absent, disabled, or disqualified, his duties shall devolve upon and be performed by the associate judges of the Court according to the order of seniority of their commissions.
