Service or execution on Sunday

§ 13–303. Service or execution on SundayExcept in cases of treason, felony, or breach of the peace, a writ, process, warrant, order, judgment, or decree may not be served or executed, or caused to be served or executed, on Sunday. Any such service or execution is void to all intents and purposes. A person who makes such a service or execution is liable to the aggrieved party to the same extent as if he had done it without a writ, process, warrant, order, judgment, or decree.
