§ 15–702. Docket fees of attorneys and proctors (a) Attorney’s and proctor’s docket fees may be taxed in the amounts fixed by section 1923 of Title 28, United States Code. (b) Ax attorney for the District of Columbia may not retain attorney fees taxed as costs in litigation in which the District of Columbia is a party.
