§ 15–716. Advances to Court of General Sessions clerk for witness feesThe Board of Commissioners or its authorized representative may advance to the clerk of the District of Columbia Court of General Sessions upon requisition previously approved by the Board of Commissioners or its authorized representative, sums of money not exceeding $500 at any one time, to be used for the payment of witness fees.
