Sec. 7. The second paragraph of section 10 of the Act of June 7, 1938 (ch. 322, 52 Stat. 622; D.C. Code, 1961 ed., sec. 2–1110), as amended by section 32(b) of the Act of June 25, 1948, as amended by section 127 of the Act of May 24, 1949, is amended to read as follows: “An appeal may be taken from the action of the Board to the District of Columbia Court of Appeals in the manner provided by sections 11–742, 17–303, 17–304, 17–305(b), 17–306 and 17–307 of the District of Columbia Code.”.
