Rama Road, Nicaragua For liquidation of obligations incurred for completion of the Rama Road, as authorized by section 3 of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1962 (76 Stat. 1145–1146), $850,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That, transfer of funds may be made from this appropriation to the Department of Commerce for the performance of work for which the appropriation is made.
