Bartered Materials for Supplemental Stockpile For expenses during fiscal year 1964 and unrecovered prior years’ costs related to strategic and other materials acquired as a result of barter or exchange of agricultural commodities or products and transferred to the supplemental stockpile pursuant to Public Law 140, Eighty-fourth Congress (7 U.S.C. 1856), $82,860,000, to remain available until expended.
