Department of Health, Education, and Welfare assistance to refugees in the united states For expenses necessary to carry out the provisions of the Migration and Refugee Assistance Act of 1962 (Public Law 87–510), relating to aid to refugees within the United States, including hire of passenger motor vehicles, and services as authorized by section 15 of the Act of August 2, 1946 (5 U.S.C. 55a), $39,717,137, together with the unobligated balance of the appropriation under this head for the fiscal year 1963.
