Sec. 507. Section 105 of the Civil Rights Act of 1957 (42 U.S.C. 1075d; 71 Stat. 636), as amended by section 401 of the Civil Rights Act of 1960 (42 U.S.C. 1975d(h); 74 Stat. 89), is further amended by adding a new subsection at the end to read as follows: “(i) The Commission shall have the power to make such rules and regulations as are necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.”
