(b) Mutual and Self-Help Housing Grant and Loan Authority.—Section 523(f) of the Housing Act of 1949 (42 U.S.C. 1490c(f)) is amended by striking “September 30, 1991” and inserting “September 30, 1992”. Section 502(h)(3)(C) of the Housing Act of 1949 (42 U.S.C. 1472 note) is amended by striking all that follows “rural area” and by inserting a “.” “after rural area”.
