CONFORMING AMENDMENTS.

SEC. 705. CONFORMING AMENDMENTS. (a) Federal Land Banks.— Section 1.4 (12 U.S.C. 2012) is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new paragraph: 101 STAT. 1707 “(23) Operate as an originator and to become certified as a certified facility under title VIII.”. (b) Federal Land Bank Associations.— Section 1.15 (12 U.S.C. 2033) is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new paragraph: “(22) Operate as an originator and to become certified as a certified facility under title VIII.”. (c) Federal Intermediate Credit Banks.— Section 2.1 (12 U.S.C. 2072) is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new paragraph: “(21) Operate as an originator and to become certified as a certified facility under title VIII.”. (d) Production Credit Associations.— Section 2.12 (12 U.S.C. 2093) is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new paragraph: “(21) Operate as an originator and to become certified as a certified facility under title VIII.”.
