emergency fund To reimburse the emergency fund authorized by the Act of June 26, 1948 (62 Stat. 1052), for expenses incurred for repair of flood damage to irrigation facilities of the Milk River and Sun River Federal reclamation projects, $1,000,000, to remain available until June 30, 1965.
