special international exhibitions (special foreign currency program) For payments in foreign currencies which the Treasury Department determines to be excess to the normal requirements of the United States, for necessary expenses of the United States Information Agency in connection with special international exhibitions under the Mutual Educational and Cultural Exchange Act of 1961 (75 Stat. 527), $400,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That not to exceed $1,250 may be expended for representation.
