Sec. 902. The first proviso in section 5(c) of the Home Owners’ Loan Act of 1933 is amended— (1) by striking out “$35,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$40,000”; and (2) by striking out “, except that the aggregate sums invested pursuant to the two exceptions in this proviso shall not exceed 30 per centum of the assets of such association”.
