Section 222(b) of the National Housing Act is amended— (1) by striking out “203(b) or 203(i)” in paragraph (1) and inserting in lieu thereof “203(b), 203(i), or 221(a) (2),”; and (2) by striking out “such principal obligation shall not exceed $9, 000” in paragraph (2) and inserting in lieu thereof “or section 221(d) (2) such principal obligation shall not exceed the maximum limits prescribed for such section”.
