Sec. 506. Not less than $1,500,000 of the appropriations of the Department for research and service work authorized by the Acts of August 14, 1946, July 28, 1954, and September 6, 1958 (7 U.S.C. 427, 1621–1629; 42 U.S.C. 1891–1893), shall be available for contracting in accordance with said Acts. This Act may be cited as the “Department of Agriculture and Related Agencies Appropriation Act, 1965”.
