Office of the Secretary salaries and expenses For expenses necessary for the Office of the Secretary of Labor, $3, 198,000, together with not to exceed $139,000 to be derived from the Employment Security Administration account, Unemployment Trust Fund. This title may be cited as the “Department of Labor Appropriation Act, 1965”.
