TECHNICAL AND CONFORMING AMENDMENTS.

SEC. 315. TECHNICAL AND CONFORMING AMENDMENTS. Section 509 of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12209) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)— (A) by striking paragraphs (2) through (5); (B) by redesignating paragraphs (6) and (7) as paragraphs (2) and (3), respectively; and (C) in paragraph (3), as redesignated by subparagraph (B) of this paragraph— (i) by striking “(2) and (6)(A)” and inserting “(2)(A)”, as redesignated by subparagraph (B) of this paragraph; and (ii) by striking “(3), (4), (5), (6)(B), and (6)(C)” and inserting “(2)”; and (2) in subsection (c)(2), by inserting “, except for the employees who are defined as Senate employees, in section 301(c)(1) of the Civil Rights Act of 1991” after “shall apply exclusively”.
