(a) Section 504(a) of the National Defense Education Act of 1958 is amended by striking out “five” and inserting in lieu thereof “eight”. 78 Stat. 1106 (b) Section 504(b) of such Act is amended by striking out “, who are not below grade 7,”, and by striking out “six” and inserting in lieu thereof “nine”, and by inserting after “schools” the first time it appears the following: “, or junior colleges or technical institutes,”.
