SEC. 210. TERMINATION. (a) Commission.— Notwithstanding section 15 of the Federal Ad visory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. App.), the Commission shall terminate 4 years after the date of the enactment of this Act. (b) Award.— The authority to make awards under section 205 shall terminate 4 years after the date of the enactment of this Act.
