use of grant or loan funds in code enforcement and rehabilitation projects Sec. 307. The first unnumbered paragraph following the numbered paragraphs in section 110(c) of the Housing Act of 1949 is amended— (1) by inserting “(A)” before “no contract”; and (2) by inserting before the period at the end of the paragraph the following: “, and (B) not less than 10 per centum of the aggregate amount, of (i) grants authorized to be contracted for under this title by the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1965 and subsequent Acts, and (n) loans authorized to be made tinder section 312 of the Housing Act of 1964, shall lie available for projects assisted with such grants or loans which involve primarily code enforcement and rehabilitation”.
