(a) Clause (i) of the third sentence of section 110(e) of the Housing Act of 1949 is amended by (1) inserting “staff services in connection with programs of code enforcement and voluntary rehabilitation and repair (including community organization),” after “disposition of land,”; and (2) inserting “(5),” after “(4),”. (b) Any contract for a capital grant under title I of the Housing Act of 1949, executed prior to the date of the enactment of this Act, may be amended to incorporate the provisions of subsection (a) as to costs incurred on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
