rehabilitation loans Sec. 312. (a) Section 312(a) of the Housing Act of 1964 is amended by striking out “reasonable” in the second sentence and inserting in lieu thereof “comparable”. (b) Section 312(d) of such Act is amended by striking out “$50,000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$100,000,000 for each fiscal year”, and by adding at the end thereof a new sentence as follows: “All moneys in such revolving fund shall be available for necessary expenses of servicing loans made pursuant to this section, including reimbursement or payment for services and facilities of the Federal National Mortgage Association and of any public or private agency for the servicing of such loans.” (c) Section 312 of such Act is further amended by adding at the end thereof the following new subsection: “(h) No loan shall be made under the authority of this section after October 1, 1969, except pursuant to a contract, commitment, or other obligation entered into pursuant to this section before that date.”
