Paragraph (5) of section 15 of the United States Housing Act of 1937 is amended— (1) by striking out “$2,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$2,400”; (2) by striking out “$3,000”, each place it appears, and inserting in lien thereof “$3,500”; and (3) by striking out “$3,500” and inserting in lieu thereof “$4,000”.
