authorization for federal-state training programs Sec. 1103. (a) Section 802(d) of the Housing Act of 1964 is amended by striking out “$10,000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$30,000,000”. (b) Section 803 of such Act is amended (1) by striking out “authorized to be”, and (2) by striking out “by section 802(d)” and inserting in lieu thereof “for the purposes of this part”.
