Sec. 204. All provisions of law applicable to the District of Columbia shall, to the extent they are inconsistent, with the agreement79 Stat. 66 authorized by this title, be inapplicable to the taxation and registration of buses in the District of Columbia during such time as the District is a party to such agreement.
