SEC. 116. LAWFUL COURT-ORDERED REMEDIES. AFFIRMATIVE ACTION. AND CONCILIATION AGREEMENTS NOT AFFECTED. Nothing in the amendments made by this title shall be construed to affect court-ordered remedies, affirmative action, or conciliation agreements, that are in accordance with the law.
