SEC. 620. LEASE OF CERTAIN ACQUIRED PROPERTY. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of Agriculture may lease to public or private nonprofit organizations, for a nominal rent, any facilities acquired in connection with the disposition of a loan made by the Secretary under section 306. Any such lease shall be for such reasonable period of time as the Secretary determines is appropriate.
