SEC. 622. CONTINUATION OF LIMITED RESOURCE FARMERS’ INITIATIVE. The Secretary of Agriculture shall maintain substantially at the levels in effect on the date of the enactment of this title, the limited resource farmers’ initiative in the office of the Director of the Office of Advocacy and Enterprise.
