APPALACHIAN REGIONAL COMMISSION Salaries and Expenses For necessary expenses of the Federal cochairman and his alternate on the Appalachian Regional Commission and for payment of the administrative expenses of the Commission, including services as authorized by section 15 of the Act of August 2, 1946 (5 U.S.C. 55a), and hire of passenger motor vehicles, $490,000, to remain available until June 30, 1966: Provided, That the appropriation granted under this head in the Supplemental Appropriation Act, 1965, shall remain available until June 30, 1966.
