Sec. 106. Chapter 3 of part I of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, us amended, which relates to international organizations and programs, is amended as follows: (a) Amend section 301 (c), which relates to assistance for Palestine refugees in the Near East, by adding at the end thereof the following: “Contributions by the United States to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East for the calendar year 1966 shall not exceed $15,200,000.” (b) Amend section 302, which relates to authorization, by striking out “1965” and “$134,272,400” and substituting “1966” and “$144,755,000”, respectively.
