§ 20–1104. Power of co-executors to sell real estate under willWhere a power to sell lands, tenements, or other hereditaments is given by a will to executors as such, and a person named as executor refuses, after the death of the testator, to act or accept the trust, sales under the power made by the executors who qualify and accept the trust are as effectual in law as if the other executors had joined in the sale.
