§ 20–2306. Transfer of property to receiver; schedule of propertyAfter the approval of the bond required by section 20–2305, the court may order the marshal to transfer and deliver to the receiver the possession of the property under the warrant provided by section 20–2302, and the receiver shall file in the court a schedule of the property received by him.
