SEC. 626. SENSE OF CONGRESS REGARDING NATIONAL RURAL CRISIS RESPONSE CENTER. It is the sense of Congress that efforts by various State and local public agencies, citizens’ groups, church and civic organizations, and individuals to focus attention on and respond to rural problems throughout the Nation are deserving of the recognition, encouragement, and support of Congress and the American people for the valuable services they provide.
