§ 21–1118. Transfer of feeble-minded from National Training Schools for Boys or GirlsWhen the Superintendent of the National Training School for Boys or of the National Training School for Girls certifies to the court that in his opinion an inmate thereof is feeble-minded, the court, shall permit him or any other reputable citizen of the District of Columbia to file a petition as provided by section 21–1103. If the inmate is found and adjudged to be feeble-minded, the court shall immediately issue an order for his admission as a public patient to the District Training School.
