§ 21–1123. Offenses and penalties Whoever: (1) knowingly contrives, or conspires to have a person adjudged feeble-minded under the provisions of this chapter, unlawfully and improperly; or (2) violates a provisions of this chapter— shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
