Discharge
§ 21–1304. DischargeWhen a person for whom a committee has been appointed under this chapter becomes competent to manage his property on account of reformation in his habits, he may apply to t le court to have the committee discharged and the care and control of his property restored to him. When it appears by the verdict of a jury summoned therefor, or by affidavits, or other evidence to the satisfaction of the court, that the applicant is a fit person to have the care or control of his property, it shall enter an order restoring him to all the rights and privileges enjoyed before the committee was appointed.
