§ 21–1504. DischargeWhen a person for whom a conservator has been appointed under this chapter becomes competent to manage his property, he may apply to the court to have the conservator discharged and to be restored to the care and control of his property. If the court finds him to be competent, it shall enter an order restoring the care and control of his property to him. The court has the same powers with respect to the property of a person for whom a conservator has been appointed as it has with the respect to the property of infants under guardianships.
