Sec. 8. The sections of the Acts or parts of Acts, enumerated in the schedule below, are repealed. Any rights or liabilities existing under the statutes or parts thereof so repealed, and any cases, actions, or proceedings instituted under, or growing out of, any of the statutes or parts thereof so repealed, are not affected by the repeal. However, laws becoming effective after February 3, 1965, and inconsistent with this Act supersede it to the extent of the inconsistency. Statutes at large D.C.
